The City has hired an engineering firm to investigate why Shadowmoss flooded so badly last fall. The surveyor was in my back yard this morning. I asked him if he could tell me how high my house is above sea level. He took a measurement and said, "Seven feet". If the global warming alarmists turn out to be right I may surf the 15th fairway before I die instead of hitting golf balls down it.
And I will be on an island - if I am lucky.

I hope so because your street floods every time there's a full moon at high tide.
