last year there was a guy at the farmer's market who did a lot of craft work using rope. i picked up a couple of thick rope leashes from him that have served pretty well. i think he's still there. you might want to head over there tomorrow to check it out.

Thanks, Eugene. I can't make it tomorrow but I'll get down there soon. This was a fairly thick, woven 15' leash. It appears to have frayed along one edge. I guess that was enough to weaken it.

Why I don't have a dog right here in this post. :)

With Margaret on this one. But it did make for a funny story.

Why not just tie him up outside and give him a bath outdoors?
