A Food Meme

How do you like your eggs? Fried easy with runny yolks.
How do you take your coffee/tea? Coffee - with a dab of milk.  Hot tea- with a half-teaspoon of sugar.  Iced tea - unsweet, please.
Favorite breakfast food? A traditional southern fry-up.  Eggs fried in bacon grease, bacon, toast slathered with butter, and grits.  A heart attack waiting to happen.
Peanut butter? Smooth or crunchy.  It doesn't matter.
What kind of dressing on your salad? Roquefort
You’re feeling lazy. What do you make? Mac and cheese. Out of the box.
You’re feeling really lazy. What kind of pizza do you order? Pepperoni.  The Papa John's delivery guys no longer need directions to my house.
You feel like cooking. What do you make? A filet mignon (broiled until it just stops mooing), a baked potato, and sweet corn.  Speaking of which, I think I'll have that for dinner tonight.
Do any foods bring back good memories? Many. Whenever I eat overcooked green beans or collards I remember Mom standing by the stove trying her best to kill innocent vegetables.
Do any foods bring back bad memories? Just one.  I ate a bad family meal at KFC before I boarded a flight back to the states.   I threw up in the Vancouver airport, the Denver airport, and on the flight in-between.  I thought I'd successfully repressed that memory.  Thanks for reminding me.
Do any foods remind you of someone? Homemade tomato sauce and Erina. Those were good times.  Damn good times.
Is there a food you refuse to eat? Beets. Beets are evil.  Congress should pass a law.
What was your favorite food as a child? I'm a foodie.  I loved them all, expect beets.
Is there a food that you hated as a child but now love? Nope.
Is there a food that you loved as a child but now hate? Nope.
Favorite fruit & vegetable? Impossible to answer.  As long as it's not beets I probably love it.
Favorite junk food? Peanut M&Ms, the only source of fiber in my diet.
Favorite between meal snack? Weren't you paying attention?  Peanut M&Ms!
Do you have any weird food habits? You mean like if things on my plate are touching each other I'll refuse to eat them?  No.
You’re on a diet. What food(s) do you fill up on? I did the South Beach thing and learned to love Laughing Cow low-fat cheese.
You’re off your diet. Now what would you like? Everything on the menu at Cypress.
How spicy do you order Indian/Thai? Hot. Very, very hot.
Can I get you a drink? Brandy and soda.
Red wine or white? Red.
Favorite dessert? Since I'm full from all of the Peanut M&Ms I've eaten I don't usually have dessert but anything with chocolate works..
The perfect nightcap? Brandy and a cigar in front of the fireplace.  Just kidding.  I did that once with Dad at his club because it seemed like a very Bertie Wooster thing to do.
