We all know how easily shocked cows are

Today's big story in Lexington concerns the Flynt family's effort to open a Hustler store on the outskirts of town. I'm not here to argue fer or agin' it. I'm wondering what the hell Councilman Al Mitchell was smoking when he said he plans to argue that the store would violate zoning laws because it could be located within 500 feet of agriculture.
